I came in thinking this was a great place to be, but I had so many issues over the course of my year here. Something was wrong with our air conditioning, and they quite literally never fixed it in the entire year I lived there despite coming out multiple times. Our apartment was cooler with the temporary window unit they put in than with the "fixed" central air. We also had issues with the electric (probably an issue with the meter and broken A/C), but they insisted it was us. How does a one... bedroom apartment draw $600 of electricity in October?! On top of that, neighbors let their dogs out without leashes, and these dogs took to pooping in front of our apartment. Naturally, these lazy owners couldn't be bothered to pick up after their dogs. Nothing was done even after contacting management multiple times (this was an issue for MONTHS. Do you really want your front door smelling like a barn?) I will say the appliances worked well and they routinely sent out someone to spray for bugs, so that were never an issue. The location of the apartments was great as well. Otherwise, I don't have much praise for the apartments, mostly because of the management.
